With an instinct for growth and market penetration, he transitioned to Uber, playing a critical role in the brand's successful launch into new locations within the UK and Ireland. His leadership there ensured that sales strategy was not only implemented but excelled, driving over Β£20m per week in delivery revenue. Before founding Neon Grid, Aaron excelled as Head of Direct Sales for an insure-tech firm, where he introduced a new sales channel, effectively boosting revenue and expanding its presence in both the SMB and enterprise markets β setting the stage for further European expansion. His track record is a testament to his ability to design and implement growth strategies that deliver measurable results.

Jordan comes to the table with an impressive 9-year track record in marketing, including a pivotal 6-year tenure at Google Ads. His journey began with the high-potential business team in Leeds, escalating to a strategic role in Barcelona to spearhead the setup of Google's European hub. Demonstrating unparalleled leadership and strategic insight, Jordan ascended to the role of Cluster Manager for customer onboarding, orchestrating the marketing efforts across 11 countries within the EMEA region. Before starting Neon Grid, he directed B2B lead generation and nurturing strategies for a loyalty app startup aimed at the hospitality industry, a leading role at a top-tier UK insure-tech company where he efficiently funneled prospective fleet insurance leads directly to the sales team.

Managing over Β£1m in media spend per month across diverse industries, his experience spans the full spectrum of paid media channels, including search, display, video, and programmatic. As a seasoned Google Ads trainer for the EMEA region, James has equipped both new and seasoned Google Ads Representatives with the skills necessary for success. His strategic vision focuses on integrating these diverse media channels to not just meet, but exceed broader marketing objectives.

Kirstie brings a solid 6 years of laser-focused experience from her tenure at Google Ads to the table. Launching her career as a Campaign Specialist, she directly collaborated with small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through their first Google Ads marketing campaigns. Working her way to Senior Onboarding Trainer where she took charge across 11 countries within the Google Ads European Hub. Kirstie also has a passion for content creation, particularly in crafting compelling blogs and dynamic social media posts that resonate deeply with target audiences. Every blog post and social media update is meticulously tailored to reflect the unique voice of each business while also driving towards measurable, impactful results.
